About OKRummyMax

Who writes this site, how we research what we publish, and what to do if something here is wrong.

Who We Are

OKRummyMax is an independent information website covering OK Rummy — its games, its app, and the practical questions people have before they install anything. We are not OK Rummy’s official website, and we don’t present ourselves as one anywhere on this site.

The site exists because most of what’s written about OK Rummy online is either thin affiliate copy optimised purely to rank, or the platform’s own promotional material. We’re trying to sit in the gap between those two: useful, specific, and willing to say “we don’t know” or “that’s not true” when that’s the honest answer.

How We Research

Facts about the app itself — version, file size, supported Android versions, payment methods — come from the platform’s own current listings, checked on the date noted on each page. We don’t carry those figures forward indefinitely; when we recheck a page, we update the numbers rather than leaving old ones in place.

Where we can’t verify something — a licensing claim, an uptime figure, a “certified fair” statement with no named certifying body — we leave it out rather than repeat it anyway. That means some pages are shorter than competitors covering the same topic. We think that’s the right trade.

Legal and skill-game classification claims (like Rummy’s recognised status under Indian law) are sourced to a specific, checkable reference — usually linked directly in the text — rather than stated as background knowledge.

Corrections and Feedback

If something on this site is wrong, outdated, or missing important context, we’d genuinely rather hear about it than have it sit uncorrected. Use the details on our Contact Us page, and tell us which page and what specifically looks off — that’s faster for us to check than a general “this seems wrong.”

We don’t promise a fixed turnaround, but confirmed errors get corrected, not just acknowledged.

What This Site Does and Doesn’t Cover

OKRummyMax covers OK Rummy specifically — its games, its app, and the account basics around using it. We don’t cover or compare other rummy apps, and we don’t offer account support: if you’re having trouble with a login, a deposit, or a withdrawal inside the app itself, that’s a question for OK Rummy’s own support channel, not this site.

We also don’t publish anything positioned as financial or legal advice. Notes about state-level gaming law or responsible play are general information, not a substitute for checking your own state’s current rules or speaking to someone qualified if you need to.
